The Performer is a unique theatre in many ways. It is situated in Menlo Park just off Atterbury Road opposite Menlo Park Primary School. It is easily accessible to everybody in and around Pretoria, and there is safe parking. The theatre has already presented numerous top South African artists and musicians such as, Drie van die Bestes, Die drie Tenore, Amanda Strydom, Lukas Maree, Dozi, Rory Rootenburg, Eden, Randall Wiccomb, Rina Hugo, Elsabe Zietsman and many more.

The Performer can easily accommodate 350 patrons. A scrumptious buffet dinner prepared by our chef Helmut is served before shows. Helmut is well-known as the former chef of The Pretoria Country Club where his gourmet meals became legendary.

Another outstanding feature of the theatre is that there are 3 VIP boxes separate from the main area on the balcony. These can be booked for functions, private engagements, launches, company functions or any group that require VIP treatment. The 3 boxes can accommodate 8, 12 and 48 patrons respectively, and the excellent service of our well-trained, dedicated and friendly staff will guarantee a memorable evening.

The theatre has an outside deck area where patrons can enjoy cocktails before and after shows. Our fully licensed bar has a wine collection which will satisfy the taste of any wine connoisseur. The Performer is one of the few places where patrons are expected to dress elegantly casual because they are seated in comfortable chairs at tables with silver cutlery, good crockery and napkins.
